All best wishes to dear [livejournal.com profile] estellye for a fantastic birthday and many more to come!

And now, in time for today's return of Lost, comes...
The LOST Book Club!

Participants are asked to choose at least five books off the list of books alluded to or mentioned on the show to complete by the time the series concludes in 2010. If participants did not complete the first challenge, they can use those same books again. Find books here, here, or here. Learn more about the reading challenge.

And the return of Lost also means the return of Lost: What Will Happen Next?

Locke: Is he talking about what I think he was talking about?
Ben: If you mean time-traveling bunnies, then yes.

Thank you for the lovely good wishes, virtual and real greetings and lovely surprises! You're so thoughtful. :) So far it is a very pretty, snowy birthday. Did you get any at all in your area?

Lost!!!! Tonight!!!!

I actually read a couple of the books mentioned on the show. The one Sawyer was reading the manuscript of, and the weird one about policemen. The Third Policeman, maybe? It was weird.

Brilliant! I love it: "Dharma Initiative Drum Solo," indeed. ROFLOL! I must admit that I've had his "Jack Bauer" on all the time since 24 has been back on the air. Great stuff.

You're most welcome! I hope you had a fantastic day. I rather wish what little snow we got would stay around a bit longer. It finally feels like winter!

Yay!!!! It's about time. :)

I haven't read that one. It's an eclectic mix of books, isn't it? I've read some of the others; I must admit, I thought An Occurrence At Owl Bridge Creek was a huge spoiler for the whole premise of the show, but now I think they may have been playing with me a bit. Ha! We'll see. At least we don't have to wait much longer to find out.

Thank you! :)

"Stealing Like a Hobbit" is still my all-time favorite. *g* Absolutely masterful.
