I saw this today from Tor: "The Lost Cosmonauts"
That reminded me of this from NPR: "Cosmonaut Crashed Into Earth 'Crying In Rage'"
And this from The Daily Mail: "U.S. intercepted final words of doomed Russian cosmonaut Komarov as he 'screamed in rage at people who put him in defective craft'"
These reminded me that I need to read Starman: The Truth Behind The Legend of Yuri Gagarin. Note to self.
