For your Friday amusement, with thanks to [livejournal.com profile] penfold_x, an important public service announcement:

"Binks hates puppies. Binks killed Grandma. Whatever it takes to get this idea that Binks is cool out of my son's mind, I'm willing to do it."

i'm making all the fathers in my life watch this immediately. the sooner we can dispel any doubt that han shot first, the sooner the world will be a better place for all.

LMAO! That is hilarious! Yoda!Baby is adorable. Love the dad who suggested dressing up as Jar-Jar and scaring his kid at night.

This should be required watching for all parents. I'm a bit insulted by the "fathers only" thing, though. ;P

A very important PSA. Thank you.

I'm happy that when my daughter was a child, I only has the first trilogy to introduce her to.
;-)

She had Star Wars sheets!

I love the baby's Yoda ears cap! Hee.

And I thought the son piping up with "He's not his father!" when Dad was talking about Vader was funny.

:D

Yes, but how do I break it to my innocent 3 yr old Pembroke girl Pandora that Yoda isn't really a fellow corgi?

Well said indeed! Thanks for all you're doing for the cause. :)

Isn't it a scream? I'm glad you thought so, too. When I saw Star Wars in Concert last year, I saw a father dressed in khaki fatigues wearing what I thought was a backpack; then he turned around and I realized it was his baby, complete with Yoda ears. Then I understood why everyone in his wake was cheering and applauding. :)

I was just waiting for the baby to lean its little head over his shoulder and say, "Do or do not. There is no try."

Required watching, indeed!

I have no idea why they made it fathers-only. I agree with you there.

I applaud your excellent mothering skills! I remember the horror I felt when I realized that the next year's incoming college freshmen were born after the debut of Return of the Jedi. Way to make me feel old, people.

Those sheets were soooo cool! All I have left is a pillow case, but it has a place of honor in the house. :)

See, I think that's altogether different. I think it's completely legit to perpetuate that idea with Pandora. What was it that Obi-Wan said? It's true from a certain point of view?

After all, our Virginia thinks that she and her fellow Boston terriers are just Yodas dressed in tuxes. :D
