Date: 2008-01-29 09:05 pm (UTC)Speaking of poems, I read one of Tolkien's poems in The Hobbit and was struck how brilliant he is with the language. I wrote about it on my writing blog here I was so excited about it. :D I couldn't help but think it a real treat, not only in what it said but how it was said.
