In publishing news, my article "The New Shoggoth Chic: Why Lovecraft Now?" (which deals with, among other things, what I'm calling the "Lovecraft-Tolkien connection") will appear in the Winter 2005 issue of Apex Science Fiction and Horror Digest. It's scheduled to hit newsstands mid-December.
In other news, I'm going to be rather quiet for the next several days as I prepare for and then participate in...
I look forward to seeing those of you who will be attending! I will catch up with LJ-land as soon as possible. In the meantime, please excuse my tardiness in replying.
