Monday links to share
Jun. 18th, 2007 10:39 amHappy Monday!
I have some links to share:
1. Got Poepathy? Read "The Poe Bug: Like the Infected of a certain movie, the influence of Edgar Allan Poe is highly contagious" by S.J. Chambers at Up Against the Wall.
2. As many of you know, I never miss a book by Lois McMaster Bujold. The publisher has put the whole of Chapter One of Bujold's forthcoming The Sharing Knife: Vol. 2: Legacy up here for a sneak preview. (If you missed Vol. 1: Beguilement, read an excerpt here.)
3. Winners of this year's Locus Awards for science fiction and fantasy, voted by readers of Locus Magazine in the annual Locus Poll, have been announced here.
4. The Magic Goblet is now available for preorder at Amazon (as well as for a preorder discount from Valancourt Books).

Date: 2009-12-05 01:27 am (UTC)I'm S.J. Chambers and oddly enough stumbled upon your link. Thank you for doing that, and I'm really glad you got a kick out of it. Sadly, Up Against the Wall is no more, but it was a wonderful magazine while it lasted.

Date: 2009-12-05 05:56 pm (UTC)It's so lovely to "meet" you! I really do like your article; we even read/discussed it in one of my university courses. I'm sorry to hear that Up Against the Wall is no longer in publication, though.
