First Place: Jamie in "The Empty Child"/"The Doctor Dances" from Doctor Who (2005)
Second Place: a tie between Damien Thorn from The Omen (1976) and Claudia from Interview with the Vampire (1994)
Third Place: a tie between the children from Village of the Damned (1960) and Anthony Fremont in "It's A Good Life"/"It's Still A Good Life" from The Twilight Zone (1961/2003)

"What should make you think I am unwell?" inquired the baron.
"Your highness's countenance is far paler than usual, and there is a small wound on the side of your throat. I hope you have not injured yourself."
