You know, I visited Amherst several years ago, when my oldest friend, who lives there, turned 50. She took me by the Dickinson house. It fitted into a series of associative links my brain made between the Massachusetts landscape and the Nine Traditions of magic in Mage: The Ascension. Dickinson was obviously a Euthanatos, the tradition devoted to the idea of dying in the right way at the right time. . . .
