I think the bendy blue fellow on the left is Mister Fantastic from the Fantastic Four (who, according to the Wikipedia hivemind, mastered "mechanical, aerospace and electrical engineering, chemistry, all levels of physics, and human and alien biology"). Then you're right: it's Dr. Horrible, Mr. Spock, and Doc Brown from Back to the Future. The last character (hard to see due to the way the shirt's hanging) is Dr. Bunsen Honeydew from The Muppets. The combination of characters totally cracks me up!
