First of all, happy belated birthday to [livejournal.com profile] _snitchbitch and [livejournal.com profile] wellinghall. I hope you both had wonderful days, and will enjoy many more to come!

Second, congratulations to [livejournal.com profile] beledibabe. Her short story, "Rear View Murder," in the Chesapeake Crimes II anthology, has been nominated for an Agatha Award. Thanks to the award nomination, her story is now online here. Check it out!

This upcoming weekend I will be a guest at MidSouthCon 24 in Memphis, TN, USA. I hope to see some of you there!

According to the current schedule, I will be taking part in the following panels:

Friday, March 24
6pm The Chronicles of Narnia

Saturday, March 25
9am Saturday Morning Flashback
10am The J.R.R.Tolkien-C.S. Lewis Connection

Sunday, March 26
9am The J.R.R. Tolkien Literary Panel
10am Space: New Frontier Themes in Science Fiction

The first day of spring was once the time for taking the young virgins into the fields, there in dalliance to set an example in fertility for nature to follow. Now we just set the clocks an hour ahead and change the oil in the crankcase.

Glad to hear from you again. I had been wandering(wondering) what was up. So sorry, unfortunately at this time I won't be able to attend Midsouthcon. I was really looking forward to hearing your panels; oh well may another time. Oh yes thought you might be interested in this.

We'll miss you at MidSouthCon! Thanks so much for being interested.

I love this dollhouse! Isn't it amazing? Hobbit holes do indeed mean comfort! :) I wish I were small enough to walk right in. Thanks for the wonderful link!
