Today is the debut of my essay ""'Strange and Fearful Imaginations': Rediscovering the Terror of Baron de la Motte Fouqué," about the great author of The Magic Ring and many other classic works. It is included in the newest issue (#8) of Apex Science Fiction and Horror Digest, which is available for purchase online and at the newsstands of most major booksellers.

For the Lovecraft fans, the latest podcast from The Atlanta Radio Theatre includes a wonderful dramatization of "The Colour Out of Space." (Thanks to vaklam for the recommendation.)

Excellent idea! I think taping a few to random people's backs, to draft them into being unwitting walking billboards, is a fun idea, as well. :)

I know they're sold in Barnes & Noble, Hastings, Joseph-Beth, and Books-A-Million, for certain.

I hope you like how it turned out. I'm excited about the full-page ad being in the same issue as the article.
